Zoom, Resource (Service) Accounts

This option is to use an existing resource account and request a Zoom license be applied. The resource account must already be mail enabled, and you must sign into it on Zoom on the web using it's UPN to get a confirmation email. After the account has been confirmed, send an email to consult@illinois.edu requesting the Zoom account be upgraded to a Pro license.
