I came across Zillow rental manager and it sounds kind of just like what I need as far as drafting a lease and collecting online payments. Is there any reason why I shouldn’t use it for that?
www.reddit.comZillow uses our mls photos and listings to sell our own leads back to us!! Why are we letting this happen in our industry? I switched teams this month because they were playing me. But, my team leader now seems so upset at Zillow like I am. Zillow takes our pictures that we pay for and posts them for free. Then they seek our leads back to us!!
www.reddit.comCant not look at messages on Zillow Browser or Mobile I've been trying to access my messages in the renter hub for the past day or so and can't get them to work on the app or the browser. Has anyone run into this before and found a fix? This is what I see on the browser. I've already cleared my cache, restarted, and cleared my cache.
www.reddit.comSo basically I'm looking at a house that was recently renovated in my area. I want to see pictures of the house before the renovation, from the listing from 4 months ago. Is there a way to do this? Google image search has them but when I click on the listing to make them bigger it goes to the new ones. Thanks. www.reddit.comSince Zillow and Redfin are both agencies, their data share agreements likely prevent them from exporting the data or allowing it to be scraped and shared since the data is coming directly from the agents that are listing the properties.

www.reddit.comThe thing is I just need a good main site that you guys use to buy single family home or a townhouse. So between Zillow, Realtor, Compass, and Redfin which one of these do I use?
www.reddit.comZillow offered 379 (approximately 364 after fees and repairs) and open door offered 365 (344 after fees). What gives? This is a really competitive offer and above what the comps area for my area. I did notice that both websites used a couple residential houses that sold for over 400k to base their offer. I wonder if that is a mistake?
www.reddit.comGiven Zillow's popularity, the listings get plenty of visibility and generate an adequate number of leads for my units. The screening app is fairly simple and the background check info is not super detailed, but both work well enough for my needs.
